Subscription Query

ex: Hi, I'm considering subscribing to your Pro Plus plan, however, I have already paid upfront for the year on the Pro plan. Can you please let me know if I can upgrade to the Pro Plus plan and pay the difference?

Message

ex: "Yes, we are able to do that. Your Pro plan was $120 for 1 Year and you have 10 months remaining while the Pro Plus plan is $240 per year. You can pay the difference which is $140 and upgrade to the Pro Plus plan. Please confirm with us if you would like to go ahead with this upgrade."

Subscription Query Responder Email

I want you to act as an expert Customer Support Representative with experience in upselling and sales. Your task is to answer a product subscription query raised by a customer. Clearly outline the subscription details, the associated benefits, how a subscription/upgrade will benefit them, the costs involved, and any terms or conditions, including cancellation policies. Leave placeholders not included in the MESSAGE. Format your response in a well formatted email that is friendly yet formal and maintains a conversational tone. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Get to the point precisely and accurately. Do not explain what and why, just give me your best possible Output. Your output should be a clear and detailed response to the customer's product subscription question.
