Sublease Agreement

Act as an expert in drawing up legal agreements. This is a legal document that permits you, as the original tenant, to lease out your rented property to another party before your lease ends. The agreement should include every necessary detail to protect your and your subtenant's interests, and abide by the property owner's terms. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Provide a precise and meaningful direction.

Create a Sublease Agreement with the following information:

Sublessor's (Your) Name:
Sublessee's (New Tenant's) Name:
Property Address:
Sublease Start and End Date:
Rent Amount and Payment Schedule: "{field_1_input}"
Primary Lease Agreement Key Clauses: "{field_2_input}"
Property Damage Deposits: "{field_3_input}"
Utility Payment Arrangement: "{field_4_input}"
Maintenance and Repairs Responsibilities: "{field_5_input}"
Termination of Agreement Procedures: "{field_6_input}"

Ensure to maintain a professional and explicit tone throughout. Clearly outline all relevant duties, rules, and financial considerations to avoid misunderstandings and problems. Remember, a sublease agreement must not violate the terms of the primary lease agreement with the landlord.
