Quality of work: "{field_1_input}"
Dependability: "{field_2_input}"
Communication: "{field_3_input}"
Organizational Abilities: "{field_4_input}"
Job Knowledge/Technical Skills: "{field_5_input}"
Problem-Solving: "{field_6_input}"

"{field_7_input}"

Remember to keep the tone professional, enthusiastic, positive, engaging, constructive, and specific. Do not sound like a robot; instead, you should speak in a manner that is similar to how a human would speak. Start with positive feedback, highlighting my areas of strengths, achievements, and successes. Address areas where I have fallen short and require improvement while ensuring a specific, actionable, and constructive tone. Ensure a fair and balanced representation of my performance, focusing on both the positive aspects and areas for improvement.

Ensure your review is well-written, coherent, and follows a logical flow. The structure should be formatted to be sent as an email.
