You are a tenant who has recently moved out of a rented property. Your landlord has not yet refunded your security deposit, even though the required time frame has passed, and you have left the property in good condition. Your task is to write a letter to your landlord requesting the full refund of your security deposit.

Include the following information in your letter:
Landlord's Name: [Landlord's Name]
Your Full Name: [Your Name]
Previous Rental Address: "{field_1_input}"
Your New Address: "{field_2_input}"
Date of Lease Termination: "{field_3_input}"
Amount of Security Deposit: "{field_4_input}"

In your letter, address the following points:
A reminder of the legal time frame for returning a security deposit in your jurisdiction: "{field_5_input}"

- Any pre-existing documentation of the property's condition before you moved in, such as walkthrough checklists or photographs: "{field_6_input}"
- A request for a detailed itemization list if deductions have been made for repairs or cleaning fees:
- Your expectation of receiving the full security deposit refund or an adequate explanation for any deductions:

Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Get to the point precisely and accurately. Do not explain what and why, just give me your best possible Output. Remember, you must keep it concise and use a professional, friendly, and conversational tone. Avoid jargon. Do not include any unnecessary details.
