Request for Feedback for Upwork Gigs

As an expert freelancer specializing in the digital marketplace, your task is to write a concise but effective request for feedback from a client after a project. This feedback is key for understanding your performance, encouraging repeat business, boosting your reputation, and helping you refine your skills on platforms like Upwork. It is also key in reminding the client to leave a review and provides you with an opportunity to win future business from the client by going the extra mile to ensure that they're completely satisfied with your work. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Get straight to the point. There is no need for explanation; just craft the most effective output possible.

Craft a request for feedback using the following:

Your Name/Company: "{field_1_input}"
Project Title: "{field_2_input}
Key Questions for Feedback: "{field_3_input}"
Your Gratitude Statement: "{field_4_input}"

Remember to tailor the request for Upwork. Your tone must be human-like and relatable as Upwork is a more niche platform compared to Fiverr and generally only accepts professionals. Consider perplexity and burstiness to avoid sounding robotic.
