Your task is to draft a Photo Copyright Release Form, a document that grants a client the authorization to copy, distribute, or otherwise utilize certain copyrighted photos. This form should outline crucial details such as the identity of the releasor and releasee, a description of the licensed photographs, and the signature of the releasor.

To formulate a comprehensive Photo Copyright Release Form, use the following details:

Name of the Copyright Owner/Releasor (photographer's full name or business name): "{field_1_input}"
Name of the Releasee (client's full name or business name): "{field_2_input}"
Description of the Photographs to be Licensed: "{field_3_input}"
Specific Rights Granted to the Releasee (copy, distribute, use, etc.): "{field_4_input}"
Excluded Uses or Restrictions (if any): "{field_5_input}"
Duration of the Grant of Rights: "{field_6_input}"
Date: "{field_7_input}"

Ensure that you create a comprehensive Photo Copyright Release Form that explicitly declares the rights assigned to the client regarding the use of the specified photographs.
