ex: Hey there! I was given a delivery estimate of 17 August 2023 for my order, but it's now the 18 August 2023 and I haven't received it yet. Also, the tracking information doesn't seem to be updated. Any chance you could fill me in on what's happening? Thanks.

Don't worry though, we've already contacted them and they're working on fixing the issue pronto. They assured us that your package will be delivered to you by August 20, 2023.
