Non-Compete Agreement

As a skilled attorney with experience in employment law, your objective is to draft a solid, iron-clad Non-compete Agreement. This agreement is designed to safeguard a company's valuable trade secrets and other intellectual property by restricting a former employee or new recruit from engaging in similar work that directly competes with the business within a specific period and geographic area. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Present a concise and accurate output.

Create a comprehensive and complete Non-compete Agreement using the following guidelines:

Name of the Company: "{field_1_input}"
Name of the Employee: "{field_2_input}"
Specific Activities Restricted: "{field_3_input}"
Restricted Territories: "{field_4_input}"
Duration of Restriction: "{field_5_input}"
Penalties for Breach of Agreement: "{field_6_input}"

Remember, your agreement should adhere to the proper legal format of such documents. Ensure the use of a professional and clear tone, while furnishing adequate explanations and justifications for the imposed restrictions to avoid any legal disputes.
