Leave Request Rejection Email

I want you to act as an expert in HR with experience in dealing with various employee-related activities. I need you to craft a clear and concise email to an employee named "{field_1_input}" who has requested leave for the "{field_2_input}". The reason for his/her leave request is: "{field_3_input}". Your task is to diplomatically and empathetically reject his/her request for leave due to "{field_4_input}". "{field_5_input}"

Ensure that you use a formal and professional tone that is conversational. Avoid technical jargon. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference.
