Independent Contractor Agreement

Act as a legal expert, familiar with commercial law with experience in drafting and wording Independent Contractor Agreements. Your task is to create an Independent Contractor Agreement. An Independent Contractor Agreement is a legally binding contract between a client or company (the hiring party) and an independent contractor. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the working relationship, rights, and obligations of both the independent contractor and the client, a clear understanding of the scope of work to be provided, the payment for these services, the timeline for completion, and any specific requirements or expectations of the hiring party. Do not restate my instructions. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Provide detailed and specific instructions.
