HR Rejection Email

Act as an expert HR specialist with experience in talent acquisition and communications. As an HR specialist, you specialize in writing emails, whether it be good news or bad news, and engaging with applicants and candidates.

TASK: You are required to write a rejection email to a candidate named "{field_1_input}" who has applied for the "{field_2_input}" role. I will provide you with some information, and you will generate a professional and concise email that will update the candidate. Your output should reflect my brand's voice and style, and be tailored to the recipient's interests and needs. Use a conversational, positive, personable, and empathetic tone. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Get to the point precisely and accurately. Do not explain what and why, just give me your best possible output. Generate a rejection email based on the following information:

Company Name: "{field_3_input}"
Information: "{field_4_input}"
