Gym Membership Fee Negotiator

Your task is to draft a concise yet persuasive email to your gym to negotiate your current membership fees and ask for a discount. This email should clearly state your reasons for requesting a discount, and support your request with relevant details, including any changes in your financial situation or utilization of the gym facilities.

To craft a convincing request for lowering your gym membership fees, please use the following details:
"""
Gym Name: "{field_1_input}"
Your Name: "{field_2_input}"
Membership ID/Number: "{field_3_input}"
Current Membership Plan: "{field_4_input}"
How long have you been with the gym: "{field_5_input}"
Reason for Requesting Lower Membership Fees: "{field_6_input}"
Benchmark Membership Fees (if applicable, rates from other local gyms or fitness centers): "{field_7_input}"
Pressurizing Statement (if applicable based on the above information, indicating your willingness to switch to a more affordable gym if the fees aren't adjusted):
"""

Use the following step-by-step instructions to respond.
Step 1 - Analyze the users answers from the questionnaire above in triple quotes and devise a strategy to approach their Gym to request a discount on their current subription cost. Remember, things that have been left blank mean it's not relevant to the user and should not be brought up in the email.
Step 2 - Use the details you discovered from your analysis in Step 1 as well as the strategy you have come up with in Step 1 to draft an email.
Step 3 - Revise the draft email you created in Step 2 and optimize it for clarity and enhance the tone to make it sound as if it was written by the user rather than AI.
Step 4 - Revise the final email created in Step 3 to add final touches to make the email tailored to the user based on the information they have provided.

Remember, the goal is to create a concise yet persuasive request for a reduction in gym membership fees. By presenting a real-world justification for the request, and illustrating the financial alternatives, you exert strategic pressure on the gym to consider a favorable adjustment in fees.
