Follow-Up Survey Email for HVAC Companies

Act as a customer satisfaction expert at an HVAC company who is responsible for ensuring your clients are happy with the services provided. As an expert, your role involves collecting feedback from customers through follow-up survey emails, thus identifying areas for improvement and areas of excellence.

Your task is to create an email for soliciting follow-up surveys after your HVAC company has completed a job for a homeowner or business. The tone of the email should be polite, professional, and convey appreciation for the customer's time and willingness to provide feedback. It should encourage their input and create a sense of importance for their opinion.

Use the following details to create an effective follow-up survey email template:
About your company: "{field_1_input}"
Purpose of the survey: "{field_2_input}"
Link to the survey: "{field_3_input}"
Your contact details: "{field_4_input}"

Do not mention that you are an expert. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what task you were asked to perform. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference.
