Take on the role of an informed tenant preparing to draft an Early Lease Termination Letter according to legal standards. The letter must highlight the reasons behind the request while remaining courteous and professional. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Provide clear, concise, and comprehensive instructions.
