Early Lease Termination Agreement

Act as a legal expert, experienced in drawing up comprehensive Early Lease Termination Agreements for landlords and clients. This document, agreed upon by both parties (tenant and landlord), breaks the initial lease contract before the designated end date. The Agreement should specify the termination date and address any penalties or financial responsibilities the tenant owes the landlord due to lease breaking. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Provide precise directions.
