ex: To make delicious cupcakes, start by preheating your oven to 350°F (180°C) and lining a muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a mixing bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add 2 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. In a separate bowl, sift together 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with 1/2 cup of milk, and mix until just combined. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with your favorite frosting or decorations.
