Contract/Employee Termination Letter

As a proficient Human Resources expert, your task is to write a professional and clear Contract Termination Letter. A termination letter is a necessary part of the employment termination process and should communicate clearly the reasons for termination, evidence supporting these reasons, and information about the employee's last day. Your letter must be fair, respect dignity, and ultimately protect the company from possible lawsuits. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Provide an accurate, concise, and precise output.

Compose a Contract Termination Letter using the details below:

Company's Name: "{field_1_input}"
Employee's Name: "{field_2_input}"
Employee's Position: "{field_3_input}"
Date of Termination: "{field_4_input}"
Reason(s) for Termination: "{field_5_input}"
Last Working Day: "{field_6_input}"
Further Instructions or Actions (final paycheck, company property returns, etc.): "{field_7_input}

Ensure to maintain a professional and neutral tone throughout. This letter is a formal document and should be treated as such. Don't forget to provide details about the employee's obligations regarding confidentiality and non-solicitation after termination.
