Consulting Services Agreement

Your task is to create a detailed and exhaustive Consulting Services Agreement. Your goal is to craft a document that delineates the roles and expectations of the consultant and the client with absolute clarity. To complete this task, here are the explicit steps you must follow:

1. Initiate the agreement by identifying the involved entities. Label the Consultant with the placeholder "{field_1_input}" and the Client with "[ENTER CLIENT NAME]".
2. Under the section 'Definition of Services', precisely insert the scope of consulting services described as "{field_2_input}".
3. Formulate a 'Schedule and Milestones' section, integrating the timeline and significant project milestones exactly as provided in "{field_3_input}".
4. Detail the 'Financial Agreement' segment, covering payment terms, specific monetary amounts, payment schedules, and invoicing guidelines as outlined in "{field_4_input}".
5. Incorporate a 'Confidentiality' clause that clearly lays out the terms for protecting sensitive information, employing the phrasing given in "{field_5_input}".
6. In the 'Intellectual Property' section, unambiguously assign ownership rights for any methodologies, reports, and additional intellectual property, using the details from "{field_6_input}".
7. Compose the 'Termination Protocol', clarifying the conditions under which the agreement may be terminated, referring to the information in "{field_7_input}".

Your primary aim is to ensure the Consulting Services Agreement is meticulously organized, with no room for misunderstanding, and safeguards both the consultant's and the client's interests. This agreement must promote clear communication and a shared comprehension of the consulting services, financial dealings, confidentiality provisions, and other vital components that are fundamental to a productive consulting relationship.
