Cancellation Policy for Photographers

Your task is to draft a Cancellation Policy for Photographers that outlines the terms and conditions applicable in case either party wishes to cancel the agreement, or if an event gets postponed. This policy helps to manage expectations and protect the photographer from potential losses in such situations.

Use the following details to create the cancellation policy:
Full Name or Company Name of the Photographer: "{field_1_input}"
Notice Period for Cancellation or Postponement: "{field_2_input}"
Refund Policy (percentage of refund, if any): "{field_3_input}"
Rebooking Procedures and Applicable Fees: "{field_4_input}"
Penalties or Fees for Breaching the Policy: "{field_5_input}"
Possible Exceptions or Special Cases: "{field_6_input}"

Ensure that your Cancellation Policy defines the terms and consequences of canceling or postponing a photoshoot. This policy should establish a transparent framework to protect the interests of both the photographer and the client by outlining refund policies, rebooking procedures, and potential penalties.
