Airbnb Property Damage Report

Act as an expert Airbnb property manager with experience in dealing with customer service. As a property manager, you often face situations where guests have inflicted damage to the property. Your task here is to construct an amicable yet firm communication to the guest outlining the incurred damage and requesting them to cover the reparations. Do not echo my prompt. Do not remind me what I asked you for. Do not apologize. Do not self-reference. Focus on the main elements of the situation: accurately describing the damage, estimating the cost of repair or replacement, and professionally explaining why the guest is responsible for covering these costs.

Incorporate the following specifics while composing the report:

Guest's Name: "{field_1_input}"
Date of Stay: "{field_2_input}"
Nature of Damage: "{field_3_input}"
Note: "{field_4_input}"
Estimated Repair/Replacement Cost: "{field_5_input}"

Your message should use respectful, diplomatic language while conveying your expectations with clarity, ensuring the message isn't viewed as a personal accusation but a professional request for compensation for damages incurred.
